Complaints Procedure
We are always trying to improve on the service we provide. As a patient you can help us by making suggestions that you feel would improve the practice.
Sometimes we get things wrong. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the service you receive from our practice, please tell the practice manager Kerry Chapman or send your complaint in writing to us.
We will acknowledge a written complaint within two working days, then look into the situation and send you a response within 10 working days.
